  • Cousins' Dinner - hotpot

Last Thu was Cousins' Dinner again. Before the winter ends, we had to have another hotpot dinner.

Suggested by cousin M, 煲皇 @ western district

Attendants : Cousin MC, Cousin ML, Cousin M, Bro N and friend B. (Cousin J was sick and Cousin A not free, bad luck~~ You missed a great meal.)

It was the best hotpot dinner I had so far this year.

Let's see. Before we start, we should prepare ourselves a bowl of seasonings. I used all 4 of them:
Spring onion, raw garlic, cooked garlic and pepper.

The beef was nice. we had 3 big dishes. They've got fatter ones and thinner ones. They were all good.

Another good food is the 炸油條+魚蓉.  quickly dip it into the hot soup and bring it up again. This can make it soaks the soup and yet keeps the crunchiness.

This is just order round 1 Soup: tomato&potato + sichuan spicy. But the spicy soup wasn't that spicy~

.... too busy to take pics for later rounds.

It is really good. just lookin at the pics makes me wanna go again tonight.

Thanks Cousin M for buying us this great meal~ What is our next stop?
