  • Visit Shanghai as a tourist - day 1

    I'd been to Shanghai over 10 times since 2007.... but had never been to those tourist spots... until now.


    This time I went up with family: Parents, bro and Friend B. As a tourist.

    We took late flight on 9/4/2009, arrived at 7:30pm. We didn't do anything that night. Everything started on  10/4/2009.

    I read from news that there is a bridge at "The Bund" was closed for refurbishment, was reopened on 8/4/2009. IT was opened for 3 days for pedestrians to walk on until 10/4/2009. We decided to go for a walk.

    We then drove across the river and arrived in front of the Oriental Pearl Tower. (東方明珠電視塔)

    There were some people selling kites around the Tower, count how many kites were on the line.

    We also walked to the other side of the Bund. When we were leaving, I saw an aquarium and Yao Ming is the spokesperson.

    Then we went to Xintiandi before lunch at hotel.
     

    Lunch at hotel's cafe. Then Bro stayed at hotel and work, parents went shopping, friend B and I went Snowboarding~~

    We played for 2hrs, then we went back to hotel for dinner. We had hotpot till 11:xx..... so tired. But the beef was always as good ~~~
