  • New project - Snowboard Vises

Let's look at the drawing first.

Transparent parts are acrylics. Meant to use wood but lately I can get acrylic more easily.
Grey ones are metal support. Black ones are foam so that the board won't be scratched.

Polishing the edges of the cut-up acrylic boards. Those at the bottom are not polished, the 2 on top are polished, can see light reflecting. Drill holes, stick pieces together including the metal support.

The clamp pad.............. Taping screw pattern.

How nice~~~ the screw fits right in. (I love the Macro mode in DC, everything's so detail, so clear, even the burr.)

Holes on the boards are ready, Gotta enlarge the holes on the metal support. Then I can assemble them together. Let's finish it off during the holidays.
