"Crunch" from Meringue Bakery
Few weeks ago Friend L sent us a link of a bakery shop:

The cakes looked really nice hence we decided to have a tea gathering and have some cake.
This is what we ordered: Crunch
First we meant to order some cup cakes so we can try different flavor, however the bakery replied that cup cakes need to be ordered 2-3 weeks before....... 2 days notice is not good enough. FINE~!!!
the "CRUNCH" came just like the "Angel cake" from Maxim's, with crunchy in separate box. But it looks taller and smaller. You think this is 8"?? we ordered 8".

Let's cut! Mr. Ho jr was cutting.....
Unlike the "Angel", it only got 1 layer of cake, but the cream section was alot thicker.
The crunchy. A lotmore crunchy than from Maxim's. We could add extra on our own pieces.
This is the tea gathering.
The cream was really smooth, but we thought that's because after all the photo taking, it started to melt........ and the sponge cake is not as dry, maybe we should eat it sooner next time.
The cake looked small, but after cutting up in 5 and each of us had a piece, it made us feel as full as we just had a proper meal.... WTH??!!
