  • Cousins' Dinner December, 2009

    We'd been looking forward to this cousins' dinner since last month, we were planning, thinking about what to eat,  when should we do it?

    It happened last night and it was awesome.

    We didn't go to restaurants, we went to cousin A's home~~~

    What did we eat?

    Appetizer:

    that's olive pate under the salmon.

    THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD~!!!!

    You know what this is????

    Is my most favorite beef dish -- Beef wellington!!!!!

    Cousin A's mum made it. Let's cut it.

    I finally got my piece. With delicious mushroom gravy.
     

    And chips.
     

    THe fillet was soooooooo good...................................

    I finally had alot of the beef............. they are too good................

    Then i took a brake and look for dessert in kitchen........... I saw this..................

    Cousin A made them. Also my request - Souffle. These are what souffle is made of.

    They are ready.... Icing them..............

    Aren't they pretty?

    And Cousin A was making 2nd batch, with less flour, more air.

    ready to get cooked.

    And is done.

    This one is alot more air then the previous one, but apparently I like them both.

    Not just being polite, I love the food we had last night. I don't know how to express that but Beef wellington and souffle and pate on toasts, that's always my favorite dinner, haven't had that for several yrs now, glad to have that again.
