Just got this SHAKE WEIGHT from the internet. I saw it from those infomercial and thought could give it a try.

Unlike regular dumbbells, you aren't suppose to lift it, but shake it.

It's huge, is grabbing with 2 hands.

5lbs. Not heavy at all, but according to the guide, I'll have to hold and shake it for 6mins. That's the process for the workout.

GOD please don't.... I love hitachi HDDs but not WD, this merge could lead me right back to my only option for HDDs: Seagate.... really like to have options between 2 or 3 brands out there.
