Shake Weight
Just got this SHAKE WEIGHT from the internet. I saw it from those infomercial and thought could give it a try.
Unlike regular dumbbells, you aren't suppose to lift it, but shake it.
It's huge, is grabbing with 2 hands.
5lbs. Not heavy at all, but according to the guide, I'll have to hold and shake it for 6mins. That's the process for the workout.

先前去輕井澤, 東京, 終於見到 1:1 高達 rx-78. 型到呢.......................
我估佢都應該要在台場企一世啦.
