    So windy, not really suitable for skimboard, but bodyboard was ok~

    Whole beach as flatten, all suitable for skimboard except the strong wind from the south.

  • Wax the board

    Just waxed the skimboard, it's ready for monday skim.

     
    Like frost.

  • New Traction pad for Skimboard

    Bad weather, do some mod to the skimboard, put on new traction pad.

    Use hairdryer to soften the resin and pull out old pads.

    Both traction pad and arch bar are gone.

    This one is so much bigger, and is green.

    Is April, is getting hot, is time for skimboarding~!!!

  • Skim again

    21/11/2010,  went skimming again at Shek O. Not as fun as usual, crowded....... too many kids running around.... and the water was filled with rubbish.

    No chance to skim in coming weeks, let me scrap it store it up for next season.

  • Last skim day

    14/10/2010. Probably last skim day of 2010.

    I got stung last 3 times When i went skimming. I got infected and swollen a bit. First 2 times I put on some med and was healed the next day, I thought i was fine.

    Until 14/10, I got stung on my hand. First i thought it was mosquito bite because it was itchy, but then It started to swell and 1 day later whole back of my left hand was swollen and was like it was on fire..... Doc said i should stop going for a while as these will get more and more serious each time i got stung. I could die when it becomes too serious...... That scared me.

    So, I have to stay away from the sea for now,  but I can preparing for coming winters' SB trips!!!!

    Dear skimboard, see you again next spring.

  • 今天有去石澳 skim. 不過天氣唔好, 好快天黑, 好大浪, 好大風, 大浪到d 人可以玩 surfing.......

    一地垃圾, 好難 skim..... 要避垃圾..... 不過好夠浪, 無垃圾就正喇.

  • Went skimboarding with Friend B yesterday. It was sunny but the weather wasn't really that good,
